Academic Documents

A CERTIFIED ENGLISH TRANSLATION (English translation accompanied by a certificate of a foreign language Certified Public Translator) must be attached to all Korean documents attached to the application forms for foreign schools (from elementary schools to graduate schools) in English-speaking countries, such as the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the Philippines.

Translating and notarizing Korean documents to be submitted (graduation certificate, certificate of enrollment, transcript, student record, etc.) is an incorrect procedure, and some schools prohibit applicants from directly translating their documents.

Rating System

  • 수 > A+
  • 우 > A
  • 미 > B+
  • 양 > B
  • 가 > C

In order to make students’ grades look good, our school makes an excuse that it uses the above RATING SYSTEM because the grades of all students are better than those of other high schools, but in this case, foreign schools and consuls of foreign embassies say that students and teachers conspired to cook grades, and see the intention very badly.

When a foreign school or foreign embassy requests a high school transcript, you must obtain a student record issued by the school, request a foreign language translation administrative agent for translation, and submit it along with translation document and translation certificate for it.
